Exclusive Update.

Hello everyone!

I've received some interesting feedback and would like to share some suggested ideas. On Patreon, updates are initially made available to subscribers and later become public as part of my fixed plans. Patreon also offers exclusive updates that are not shared with the general public, as they are reserved solely for Patreon supporters.

Some people have suggested that I could bring these exclusive updates to Itch.io, not as a subscription, but as a way to support and accelerate the game's development. This idea seems intriguing to me because it significantly contributes to the game's financial support. However, I'm contemplating how this would work.

My intention is not to make these updates free, as that would be unfair to Patreon subscribers. Furthermore, I don't want the focus to be solely on money. For me, financial support and the sharing of ideas and opinions are at the top of the priority list. Without financial support, I can't dedicate all my time to the game, and without community involvement, I don't feel like I'm heading in the right direction.

I'm facing a dilemma and would love to hear your thoughts on these ideas. How can I make this work in the best possible way? I want to ensure that everyone feels valued, and the game continues to grow.

Thank you for everyone's attention, and I'm sending warm hugs to each of you.

One example I have seen is Come Home by RJRhodes. He has a free version and a premium paid version. The premium version comes out earlier than the free version and it comes with extras that the free version does not have.

Thank you for your comment. I could bring one of the Patreon-exclusive subscriptions to Itch.io at a lower cost since they wouldn't include the posts or future polls that would be available only on Patreon. That would be a good idea.
